Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. You may not enter the prize draw if connected to Chelsea FC, its sponsors, subsidiary companies, including employees and family members, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. Prize winners will be selected at random.
  3. There is one prize of a Chelsea FC season ticket which will provide access to all Chelsea home Premier League games during the 2007/08 season. Additional prizes are 15 Chelsea FC away shirts, 20 Chelsea FC Memberships, 1000 Its In The Blood prints and unlimited Mobile Wallpapers, Desktop Wallpapers and Screensavers. Chelsea FC will not provide a cash alternative and reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal value and withdraw the prizes at anytime.
  4. Those people who find a golden ticket at random within the stadium will be entered into the prize draw for the season ticket at 5pm on 8th August 2007.
  5. The closing date for receipt of entries is 5pm on 8th August 2007. The winner of the season ticket will be notified by email.
  6. All prizes will be posted to the winners within 28 days of the end of the competition.
  7. The winners name and country will be available 28 days after the closing date. If you would like details of the winners please send a Stamped Addressed Envelope, with your address, to Its In The Blood ‘Prize Draw’, Chelsea Football Club, Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road, London, SW6 1HS, UK.
  8. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as permission by the winner, for Chelsea FC, to request participation in publicity arising from the promotion if necessary.
  9. No cash alternatives available. The prize is not transferable. Chelsea FC reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Chelsea FC reserves the right to cancel the prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise out of its control.
  10. Chelsea FC decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. Promoter of this prize is Chelsea FC, Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road, London SW6 1HS.
  12. These terms of the promotion are governed and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
  13. By accepting these terms and conditions, I agree that for the purposes described in the above clauses that the data provided by me can be transferred internationally, including to countries outside the European Economic Area. Each country may offer different levels of protection, some of which may not be as high as the UK.
