Our objectives are:
- To offer a professional and informed self-certification and fast-track mortgage advisory service to the self-employed (including freelancers and contractors and other contract workers), where proof of income, for one reason or another, is not readily available.
- To offer a professional and informed self-certification and fast-track mortgage advisory service to the employed, where a substantial portion of their income is derived from sources such as regular commission and bonuses, and, again, where proof of income is not readily available.
- Whilst we specialise in self-certification and fast-track mortgages, we also offer other types of mortgages, including full-status residential mortgages (where the lender insists of proof of income as part of the application process), and landlord mortgages for residential property investment purposes.
- We are authorised and regulated to offer advice on general insurance products (such as residential buildings and contents insurance, to cater for the needs of the homeowner and the professional landlord, respectively). Again, these products are offered from across the market.
- We also offer a full advisory service on non-investment life assurance products from across the market.
